CoHostBnB pricing comparison: five options and PMS costs

Compare the service scope and fee base alongside the number. These five CoHostBnB options include both software and managed services; they are not interchangeable PMS subscriptions. Prices below are USD and were checked October 26, 2026.

Software prices come from the live plan catalog (pricing), checked November 3, 2026; per-listing prices step down by tier. Managed-service terms and minimums come from pricing; the introductory offer requires confirmation and is not guaranteed. Accommodation payout means nightly payout after the platform host fee, excluding cleaning, taxes and deposits. Cleaning and repairs are separate pass-through costs. The managed-service percentages use a different fee base from software booking revenue.

Published competitor tiers

As of October 2026, the following official published pricing pages listed these rates or quote requirements. Starting prices are not all-in estimates; billing term, taxes, optional tools and property activity can change the total.

Three mistakes this table cannot resolve for you

First, a low software subscription is not an on-site co-hosting contract. Second, the BYO path keeps a separate Hospitable bill; adding it to the CoHostBnB charge is essential. Third, a “from” managed-service percentage can be overtaken by a per-property minimum and may only apply under an introductory agreement. Ask for a written total covering the same tasks and property locations.

Use the five-option calculator to test revenue and property counts. Read what co-host fees actually cover before using a software price as a full-service budget.

Check service availability before choosing

CoHostBnB is a founder-led hospitality team. Managed service depends on the verified property location: GREEN permits percentage-based Co-Host Pro subject to qualification and local coverage; YELLOW uses fixed monthly Co-Host Assist with limited administrative tasks and owner publishing; RED is software only. An unknown location does not establish eligibility. These managed-service categories are separate from the Host and Autopilot software subscriptions.

A software connection does not override those restrictions. The host stays payee; listing and price changes require owner approval. Use the managed co-hosting availability check before treating a percentage estimate as an available offer.
