You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish content without written permission. Calculator outputs are estimates, not financial advice.

2. Disclaimers

Effective-fee comparisons are based on competitor pricing pages and publicly reported owner experiences. Cohostbnb makes no warranty about competitor pricing accuracy. Run your own calculations and contact your CPA before relying on any number on this site.

3. Independent operation

Cohostbnb is an independent property-management company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, or any platform mentioned on this site. We are also not affiliated with Vacasa, Evolve, Awning, AvantStay, Casago, Houst, iTrip, or Air Concierge.
