What is Cohostbnb?

Software for short-term-rental hosts, co-hosts, property-management companies and rental businesses. An AI drafts a reply to every guest message in your voice, writes templates for each channel's own automation, and syncs calendars across channels. We offer software, and we co-host (founder-led hospitality team) as a separate service in California.

Which channels does it cover?

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia and Hotels.com, Google Vacation Rentals, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Marriott Homes & Villas, Plum Guide, Hipcamp, Furnished Finder and your own direct-booking site. See every channel.

Does it send messages through my Airbnb account?

No. Cohostbnb software never logs into, scrapes or sends messages through your Airbnb account. Replies reach guests as templates you paste into the channel's own tools, drafts you copy and send, or through your own connected PMS.

What is the difference between Host and Autopilot?

Host starts at $15 for the first listing; Autopilot starts at $25 and adds routine auto-send through your PMS. Graduated volume rates are shown on pricing. Legacy plans retain their existing prices for the stated grandfathering period.

Is any plan a percentage of my bookings?

No. Every software plan is a flat subscription, never a percentage of your bookings.

Which messages always wait for me?

Refunds, disputes, cancellations, safety and legal questions, on every plan, whatever the settings.

Do you handle stays over 30 nights?

The software never auto-accepts or auto-confirms a stay over 30 nights; those requests wait for your decision. On listings a partner co-host manages, stays over 30 nights are blocked.

Billing

Can I cancel?

Yes, cancel any time from your account or by email; billing stops at the next cycle. See the refund and cancellation policy.

One account for CoHostBnB and Elite Support AI?

Yes. Sign in on either with the same verified email and switch products from the console; both bill to one Stripe customer as separate subscriptions.

Full-service

Can you run the property for me?

We co-host (founder-led hospitality team). Remote co-hosting runs inside your account; you remain the host and payee. Availability and fee model depend on the property state; check below. Full-service operates in the SF Bay Area, outside SF city unless the home is a registered primary residence. See service terms.

Is Cohostbnb a property manager or broker?

CoHostBnB offers software and managed co-hosting from our founder-led hospitality team. You remain the host, account holder and payee, hold the required permits, and approve price changes. We never hold guest funds.

Data

What happens to the API keys I connect?

They are stored encrypted for your account only, used only for the features you turn on, never shown again, and deleted when you disconnect.
